Where does Pressie ship?
Pressie ships Australia wide.

When will my order ship?
Once you’ve placed your order, we process and pack your order on the same day unless ordered after 4pm. If ordered after 4pm, your Pressie will be processed the following morning.

How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is free on all orders over $50.

If you’re something under $50, shipping rates apply. Standard shipping is $9.95 and Express shipping is $14.95.

Melb Metro Only
Premium 3-Hour Shipping is $20 and only available if ordered Monday - Saturday 9am-4pm.

If your order was placed outside these times, it will be processed at the next available window and timeframes will begin from there. (ie. If you select 3 hour shipping for your order at 5pm Wednesday, your order will be processed at 9am Thursday morning and be delivered by 12pm Thursday.)

When will my Pressie gift arrive?
Our standard shipping option in Australia is sent out via Parcel Post - see delivery times below.
Orders within Victoria;
Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days

Orders outside of Victoria:
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
Country - Please ask at your local Post Office

For orders sent with Express shipping, Australia Posts next day delivery guarantee covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your gift is being sent to an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their next day delivery guarantee.

How can I edit my shipping address?
If you’ve made a mistake, quickly quickly contact us hello@pressie.net.au and we’ll see what we can do. Please note if your order has already been dispatched it is no longer our responsibility but we can do our best to help fix the mistake.

I need to ship multiple gifts to different addresses but I don’t want to create multiple orders. Help.
Get in touch  hello@pressie.net.au and we'll work something out. No request is too difficult!

 

GENERAL

My box is a gift. I don’t want any receipts or prices included.
Rest assured, you won’t find any price tags, receipts or packing slips in our gift boxes. We do sell gift boxes after all, so we are well and truly onto these things.

What will my order arrive in?

GIFTS BOXES; will arrive in a magnetic shipping-safe gift box. Inside you'll find some killer gifts, enveloped in custom Pressie tissue.

SINGLE PRODUCTS; that do not include a gift box will be sent out in a Pressie bubble mailing bag. 

When are you launching more gift boxes?
We will be dropping new gift boxes regularly. Keep an eye out and sign up to our mailing list to be in the know.

I’d like my order to arrive on a specific day.
Make a note of this at checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, it may not be too late. Email us hello@pressie.net.au and if your order hasn't been processed we can ship your order out closer to the specified day. Alternatively we can hold your order and send with Express Shipping to arrive on a specific day. This will incur a $14.95 shipping fee.

ORDERS

Can I update my order?
Our team of gifting experts are speedy when it comes to packing and sending your order, therefore any order updates need to be sent through to us asap hello@pressie.net.au.

For any address changes prior to dispatch, contact us immediately hello@pressie.net.au . If your order has been dispatched, please contact Australia post to have your gift re-directed, however, this may attract delays in delivery. For any errors in purchase, we cannot accept order cancellations, changes or refunds once your order has been dispatched or delivered. 

If you have made an error on your greeting card/message, please contact us immediately and we' will endeavour to make changes on the basis your gift(s) have not yet been dispatched. 

Can I view the status of my order?
We keep you posted on all order updates from the moment you place your order right up to when you order is delivered. If you have placed an order but haven't heard from us, you're one in a million (but not in a good way). Check your junk mail and if you have no luck there, contact as immediately hello@pressie.net.au and we'll send you all the updates you've been missing.

Can I use multiple promo codes in the same order?
You can use a voucher and promo code in the same order but unfortunately you can only use one promo code per order.

Can I cancel my order?
Email us immediately for any order cancellations hello@pressie.net.au. You can cancel your order anytime prior to dispatch, however, if your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel.

When will my credit card be charged?Y
our credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Pressie accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

Ah! Payment was declined. What can I do?
If you're having some issues with your card but you're sure you've got the funds, we recommend calling your Bank to rectify any issues then pick yourself up and try again.
